It's Labor Day weekend, and we celebrate the gift of labor, jobs, income, and the health God gives us to support our families and needs. We also enjoy, hopefully, a day or two of refreshment with a little barbecue on the side! Our "Welcome Back Sunday" is just around the corner. On September 13 we'll start holding two Sunday worship services (8:45 and 11:00 am), with Sunday School for grade schoolers, youth, and adults (10:00-10:45 am). We'll also livestream both worship services. Begin thinking about how you can reach out to a neighbor or family member by offering our livestream services—this kind of outreach will be even more meaningful if you circle back and talk about the services with those whom you've invited to listen. By the way, pray for the schools, teachers, administrators, parents, children, and everyone involved in the education system in the week ahead as they navigate the difficult task of learning online or in hybrid fashion or through homeschooling—challenging days indeed, worthy of prayer!
