A sensational new book has been released today (Tuesday, 4 September 2007), on the life and labours of the world famous Roman Catholic nun, Mother Teresa.
This book, (published by Doubleday), collects Mother Teresa's thoughts as they appeared in a series of letters that she penned over a period of 50 years, and gives a dramatic look at her life some 10 years after her death.
The book has been edited by Brian Kolodiejchuk, a Roman Catholic priest who was a close friend of Mother Teresa for more than 20 years.
It reveals a woman who, for almost the entirety of her 'missionary' life, had no awareness of Christ's presence ("either in her heart or in the eucharist"), repeatedly questioned the very existence of God, and confessed that the smile she wore to the world was merely "a mask" and "a cloak" that disguised the emptiness of her heart.
The excerpts from this book that already have been published and extensively circulated tell a story that is nothing short of 'A Miserable Tragedy'!

Mother Counter Reformer Teresa Mother Teresa is most known for being the mother of Counter Reformers in the 20th century and onward. Mother Teresa being lionised by the world in the 20th century showed that she was hellbent on undoing the Godly Protestant Reformation.
The wicked world, including today's evangelicals, also lionise this wicked false prophet falsely classified as a "saint." This shows that false prophets are overtly and excessively showered with good publicity. Remember the wise warnings about false prophets and false teachers in 2 Peter 2:1-3.

Insightful! While Mother Teresa was being showered with prestigious accolades like the Nobel Peace Prize in 17 October, 1979, the Protestant Reformer William Tyndale was burned at the stake on 6 October, 1536 just for translating the Bible into the English language.
This is a contrast showing that Mother Teresa foolishly pursued worldly prestige and respectability, whereas William Tyndale wisely pursued lowly service and responsibility.
Also, the church of Mother Teresa, aka the Roman Catholic Church, was responsible for the Inquisition against Bible-believing Protestants. The legacy of Mother Teresa left Calcutta in India and Tirana in Albania in a state of ruin, whereas the legacy of William Tyndale enlightened the understanding of Great Britain and future generations following afterwards. It is accurate to note that the legacy of Mother Teresa was one of misery in spite of all the prestige that she is showered with even after her passing.

Powerful Message. As one whom a sovereign God has rescued and delivered from the empty darkness of Romanism, I hope this message will be heard by many as a strong and powerful warning light to the soul in the unchartered waters of devotion to RC "saints".
The tragedy of this woman's life seems absolute, especially when compared to Christian missionaries like Livingstone and Paton. Fifty years without any sense of God's presence, and who described herself as "trapped in Hell"....
