This morning I would like to show you the symbolic and typical meaning (the representative meaning) of the Old Testament tabernacle of witness, for it is a witness to Christ and His gospel. First of all I will give you a description of the tabernacle itself; its spiritual and symbolic meaning. Then 2nd - I will give you a description of the altar in this tabernacle, and why we should take notice of it. And 3rd – I will conclude by attempting to show you the tabernacle’s relevance to the Church of Jesus Christ today. May each of us be strengthened by the truths that we will hear this morning, to a sincere worship of, and obedience to our God, through the grace of Christ revealed in these verses.
