This section is a discourse between Faithful and Christian. Bunyan shows us that there is more than one type of salvation testimony, as the experience of Faithful in coming to Christ differs greatly from Christian's experience, though they both be on the same path.
There is much discussion of remaining sin and corruption. While Christian's greatest dealings with 'the law' were before his conversion, we find that Faithful's battles with the law come afterwards.
