In our sermon continuing our exposition of Paul's letter to Titus this week we will examine what the character and lives of those leading the churches of Jesus Christ are supposed to be and look like. In this study we will see what a blameless family looks like and why pastors are also called "overseers" and "stewards." Does the private and personal lives of our leaders' truly matter, be they the President of a country, a Fortune 500 CEO, or the head of a local church? Does a church leaders' marriage and the behavior of his children play a role in determining if he is fit for the ministerial office? Are fathers responsible for the salvation of their children or their conduct once they leave the home? We pray you'll join us for our sermon "The Pastoral Office (Part III)" as we seek to honor God and answer these questions biblically from our in-depth study of Titus 1:5-9!
