How can we reach the communities around us? 1.) Be Sensitive to the Need Around you. - You have to be ready to be prompted by the Holy Spirit to have compassion on those around you. 2.) Look for Opportunities. - Paul was proactive, on a daily basis, to find opportunities to share Christ. - He made the most of common, daily activities. - Paul went to where the people are, even if they opposed his message. - He altered his strategy based on the situation of his opportunities. 3.) Be Sensitive to the Audience. - Paul changed the presentation of the content based on the beliefs of his audience. - Time's required to find out where people are coming from. - You have to change with your audience. - Be wise with your audience; don't lose them because they don't understand your terms. - Be sure to conclude in a way that invites a decision or more discussion. Some need to be presented with a decision on the spot, others need time to think and discuss it further.
