The Spirit of God not only empowers our service and enlightens us to spiritual truth, but He also endows us with a gift that enable us to do the work of making disciples. Every believer in Christ has at least one spiritual gift, which is a 'God-gven, special capacity for serving others'. In this first sermon of a mini-series on discovering one's spiritual gift, we will be answering the questions; 'What are spiritual gifts? When does the Spirit endow us with the gifts? At birth? At the new birth? Or subsequent to the new birth? Are spiritual gifts the same as natural talents? How are they different? What is the relationship between natural talents and spiritual gifts?' While the Spirit endows us with gifts, we must be willing to use our gifts, for the greatest ability is availability!
