The church is to be the center from which the Gospel message is continually going forth. God, who is unchanging, ordained the means and the end of mankind's salvation. He has, and continues to, use those who have heard and believed the gospel to then proclaim the message. Every believer has both the privilege and responsibility to live out the gospel and to be giving out the lifesaving truth. Believing the gospel results in a new, changed life and that changed life, as it is lived out becomes testimony of the power and truth of the message. God has determined one and only one means of salvation by which anyone can be saved. Human efforts to add to His provision or behavior modification cannot change the inner spiritual nature of a person so mankind is wholly dependent upon the means God has provided. So says the word of God concerning the salvation of sinners, one and all.
