Last week we looked at one of the most comforting passages of Scripture for the true believer. We are lead, guided, provided for, and corrected by a Good Shepard. No one can snatch us out of His hand, and His Father is greater than all, and no one can snatch us out of the Father's hand. This is one of those passages that we should let fill our soul. It is the remedy for fear and concern. It gives us direction both practically and spiritually. It is a foundation of our Faith, that we are in His hand and that we can rest in the fact that only what He allows will come to us. He is the protector of the Flock. This isn't to be a passive rest of disobedience and presumption, but a trusting rest of following after the Shepard. …. There is so much there to think on.
