This passage of scripture deals with Spiritual contests in heaven. The evil one brings accusation against God and treatment of Job. The authority given to him to inflict pain on Job was limited to his body but nit to the point of death.
Job was greatly distressed by the boils on his whole body; so much so that his wife gave him terrible advice.. It would have been better if said "How shall you glorify God through this trial Job?
We can glorify our Father by calling out His goodness and righteousness as we walk through trial.
