This is the third message from the book of Job by our brother, Pastor Steve Hill.
The book of Job is an amazing glimpse of into life in the spiritual world. We see God dealing with spiritual beings as they give account to Him for what they do. In all things we learn that God is in control of His creation. The evil one must get permission to afflict the Lord's children. those who are protected by our Lord's sovereign authority over their lives.
Sometimes our Savior permits tragedy to come into our lives, to glorify His name on earth, and in heavenly realms. Because of this, we must submit everything to His care and control. As someone said: We should hold "loosely to our children" and we would add, our work, our homes, our relationships and our influence.
In the end Job was richly blessed and deeply changed forever. We learn from him our Saviors faithful work and sovereign authority during tremendous difficulty.
