This chpt. relates Paul's conversion experience for the last time. He stands by the grace of God before a governor, a king and his sister, principal men of the city, and chief captains. All very important men. These attending this council are not doing so to determine Paul's release, but mostly for entertainment purposes for he has been granted his appeal to stand before Caesar. Paul knows this, but sees in them the opportunity of God to preach Christ in hopes that some among them might believe. There are a number of great doctrinal finds in this chapter to explore so we will take a moment along the way to give a little consideration of those.
