We declined to come because it was Sunday. If it’s been Saturday then ok. Ex daughter-in-law plans. It hurts because it ends up excluding our side of family. Thank you for this message. “ Great Sermon! ” Dear Pastor Mike, thank you so much for this sermon. It really helped me. Honestly I was about ready to just give up. But the Lord knows just what his children need to keep going. I'm so thankful you said that about just going through the motions because that's what it feels like sometimes when your heart is just not in it or you're weary in well doing. I'm thankful the Lord has helped me to keep going and being in my place even when I didn't feel like it. I'm in a full blown depression but I have to keep going because there are people watching my life I have to keep going for them. I know you don't know me and I'm not one of your congregation but if you would have a moment just to say a prayer for me I would appreciate it. This Christian Life is a constant battle. We see that perfectly in the book of Nehemiah and how the enemy kept coming at him trying to defeat him but he just kept going. We serve the same God that Nehemiah did in his days so I know that the LORD will strengthen my hands just like you did Nehemiah's. Thank you again. God bless
