You see that you were born in sin psalm 58:3, and have a sin nature which you inherited Romans 5:12-14 and also out of your own wicked heart Jeremiah 17:9. You have sinned against God and His wrath abides upon you.
And that is the bad news, which makes the gospel so great, that Jesus Christ, Fully God and Fully man, was Born of a virgin, Lived a perfect Life and suffered and died to make an atonement and defeated death at His resurrection for all who would believe in Him.
