During Tony's recent ministry trip to Baltimore, he assisted Baltimore Bible Church in a week of city-wide outreach. Part of that outreach was a Kids Kamp in a small park, in the Resevoir Hill area of the city. The area is notorious for drugs and violence.
Tony stationed himself with his "Stop and Talk" cross just outside the park's perimeter. He watched as a boy walked two younger children through the park and to a nearby elementary school. A few minutes later, the boy walked back through the park, in Tony's direction.
The boy's name was Elijah and, as Tony would learn, Elijah had already seen too much in his 12 years of life, on earth.
