It was an applicatory sermon, intending to encourage the congregation to respond with proper zeal and devotion to God. This ended up being a pretty impassioned message... calling for some pretty serious reflection and devotion if we would love and serve the Lord acceptably. We considered the remaining verses (6-11) under these points: 1. The Anticipation of the Psalmist (6-7) 2. The Instruction of the Psalmist (8-9) 3. The Conclusion of the Psalmist (10-11)
