Chapters 18 & 19 were commandments to Israel so that they might be holy in their bodies and in their conduct with their neighbors. Chapter 20 gives the punishments for transgressing those commandments. Might these things remind us of the LORD's mind concerning sin, and how seriously we should take every issue which might come into our lives. How worthy we are of his condemnation, yet He has shown us grace in Christ.
