Jesus is comforting His disciples at the news of His leaving them. He tells them He is going to prepare a place for them (and for all His people). In answer to Thomas's question about where Jesus was going, the Savior answers with the truth that He is the way, and the truth, and the life. He is the only way to the Father, and He encourages them to believe in Him. These verses are meant for us as well, to encourage us. He deserves all of our praise, worship, and obedience for who He is and the great salvation He has provided for us!
