Every generation has seen the contenders for God's glory and there's coming a Contender who will encapsulate the best and brightest of all of Satan's contending beast. The beast who have exalted and elevated lies and falsehoods to steal the hearts of humanity. Those who will bow to the Antichrist have already been marked and bowed to the a lie that stands in the place of and opposes Christ in this world. So, to not bow to the contenders one must know how to overcome the dragon behind the beast. And as the marks of lawlessness are evident to the brethren so are the marks of Christ upon His servants.
I shared with our flock this morning how my dad taught us how to battle and survive in a broken world. How to stand on our two feet and defend your ground and help others better themselves in this world. He guided us on how to be a better part of society and not one who caused more trouble than good. He taught us what he knew. But what he didn't teach us during those days was how to battle and thrive in a believers world. And I was wanting to help our men and dads to recognize the wealth of both. I'm grateful for the difference Jesus has made and is making in our lives and I wouldn't change a thing about the foundation my dad laid for the three of us and our families today.
