Daniel: God’s Antithetical, Indestructible, Triumphant Kingdom (3) The True God, Revealer of Secrets 1) God’s Secret. a) Our text speaks of a particular secret of God, involving two aspects. b) Why was this a secret? c) Preparing the way for the great wonder of revealing this secret through Daniel, God made known in a general way to Nebuchadnezzar what it was. 2) God’s Revelation. a) God revealed His secret to Daniel in a night vision. In His work of revelation, God showed that His kingdom is antithetical, indestructible, triumphant! b) God revealed Himself through the office of prophet.
