Ephesians chapter 5 tells us that the Gentiles, who are without grace, light and truth have no inheritance or part in the witness, wisdom and work of the kingdom.
Only God and the word of His grace can prepare and build the believers and give them a part of His work.
The unbelievers have no truth, no light and only recognize the darkness. Their thinking is void of truth, they have a darkened understanding and have zero part in the kingdom building business. They and their thinking is corrupt through being passed feeling and blind.
