So we want to look at the prayers which were made by the apostle Paul, and Silvanus, and Timothy, for the church at Corinth. What did those prayers consist of? Well Paul tells us that they consisted of 3 activities of their minds and hearts. 1st of all – Giving thanks. 2nd – Making mention of all those that they knew in the church. And 3rd – Remembering the spiritual work of these believers without ceasing. This is what these missionary men prayed for. But it is also the best of spiritual activities that we can engage in as well, if we would deepen our own prayer life. We will consider these 3 spiritual activities in relation to prayer, from a personal standpoint.
