This week, we will consider Daniel 2:36-43 where we will hear what the kingdoms of men will look like after Babylon. How dominion over everything was put into the hands of Nebuchadnezzar and Babylon, but it would pass to other kingdoms. Kingdoms that were less glorious than Babylon, specifically the empire of the Medes and Persians and then the Greek empire. After those empires, the Roman empire arose. Not as glorious of an empire, but one that conquered and destroyed. It would become mingled with the seed of men. Other nations would permeate it. Which was the best that man could do, but next week, we will consider how much better God's kingdom that He established in Christ will be compare to all the kingdoms of the earth. Make sure your efforts are toward that kingdom and not your own. If you are building your own kingdom, it will be ground to chaff by the kingdom of God.
