All men are held responsible to God which includes the reprobate and the elect. We are all born and conceived in sin. God gave Moses the ten commandments and they are still in effect today. James tells us if we fail in one point we are guilty of not keeping any of God's law. Christ is the only solution for our sin against a holy God. The reprobate God holds in derision and will judge them according to their sin. But for those who have experienced God's grace have been given the imputed righteousness of Jesus Christ. God's elect are told throughout scripture to flee fornication and anything that is contrary to Christian behavior.
