So often we have such a confused view of what our resurrected bodies will be. The world's fascination with zombies and the like don't help with this misconception. In these verses Paul does not yet deal with what our resurrected bodies will be, but he lays the ground for our trust in God's sovereignty and order. Paul shows us from the visible created world that God has created all things in according to the perfect plan he has for them. We can see in his creation how a seed dies, and a plant emerges, how the sun and moon and stars are all created for his glory. In light of this, can't we have faith that the sovereign creator of all things has a perfect plan for our new, resurrected bodies. And, because we just can't seem to get away from it, please tune in next week to see what exactly Paul does have to say about our resurrected bodies.
