Pastor Tim Goad continues through Chapter 15, following up what is given by CHRIST as our command to love one another, as HE has loved us, with the LORD's words that we are no longer slaves unto sin, our flesh, the world, but through, and because of HIM, have been set free and are now called friend. Also, HE is not making this distinction in order to do away with the fact that we are still slaves, but that our standing has now changed to that of slaves of CHRIST, because of HIS sovereign plan of salvation, before the foundation of the world, that HE chose and rescued us unto HIMSELF, for salvation is all of GOD. |
