Isaac sought for peace, but the enemy would simply not allow it. He digged again the wells that his father had found, for the Philistines had filled them with sand. But very quickly, the enemies came and strove with him...so Isaac wisely moved on. We can learn a lot about how to deal with strife and what is truly important by studying this portion of the Word. Let us dig again the wells of water, that the people may have what is needed to soothe the thirsty soul.
