For the Jews, given the promises of God beginning with Abraham, they are sure to receive them despite their having rejected Jesus Christ as their Savior as a nation. They are not without hope because the promises of have been made by God who is sovereign. While they are responsible as individuals and as a nation God is not surprised, thwarted, or mutable in His plans for them. In fact the bible reveals that God continues to show mercy and has nine blessings for them to be realized when they do turn to Him by faith in Jesus Christ. They are Israelites connecting them to God's covenant with Abraham. They have been adopted by God as His sons. The glory of God has been manifested among them as well as they were given the Law as a code for life revealing the character of God. All that and they also have the Davidic, Land, and New covenants made by God with them. Those are the beginning of the list of blessings noted by the apostle Paul in this section of his letter to the Romans.
