What do you do when you are in the dark and you do not know the future? Jonah did not obey The Lord and when he prayed for help, God placed him in a large fish. After in the fish Jonah praised The Lord, we should as well. Jonah recognized that the fish was God's plan to save him. Salvation comes from The Lord. Until we are dead things are not permanent. Sometimes God's plan of salvation is not fun for us. Sometimes the difficult things in life are keeping us from experiencing something far worse. What matters is our relationship with God. We do not deserve the merciful things that God gives us, we all deserve the wrath of God. Praise God for His love and mercy. God wants us to praise and worship Him in what ever situation we are in.
