And never forget this — Jesus is the personification of wisdom. So to deny God's wisdom is a denial of His Son. And to have the Father we must embrace and entrust our lives to His Son and His wisdom.
His gospel is for every OG that — no OG remains an OG. Because only the NGs are eternally affected by His message, mission, and ministry. If you remain unaffected by Jesus you are unquestionably an original generation (OG) — marked by and identified with Adam and not Jesus who makes all His sheep — a new generation (NG). A chosen generation — a royal priesthood, a holy nation, identified as a new creation in Christ Jesus.
And that's the only two kinds of people that function in this world. The OGs and NGs. The word calls these two generations wicked or righteous. The ungodly, the generation of the wicked and the redeemed, He calls the generation of the righteous. This is revealing the two distinct people groups. You've got those that are lost, the ungodly, the generation of the wicked (OGs), and those that are saved, or the generation of the righteous (NGs), those who live by faith.
