I want to try to convey this to you this morning at the outset of this sermon, how very important it is to God that you be loyal in your relationships with people in your family and in your church. Loyalty to your mother is very important in every family, whether you are a Christian or not. But loyalty to her can only be seen and manifested in the highest sense, if God's grace is at work in your heart as it was in Ruth. Ruth had what I would call, a righteous loyalty. And so, we want to examine this subject more closely and apply the truth of what Ruth thought, and what she did, in relation to Naomi, to ourselves.
