Great Sermon! Amazing, this covers the details and sets it in the light which many need to hear about this cultish denomination. I thank God for his deliverance out of the Pentecostal movement

comment from pentecosta girl I agree with pastor David, just only in Jesus name we will be save and also agree that speaking in tounge by direction/force/teach/tell by other is not right, just only God will fill you with His Spirit not by force/teach/tell by other. But I dont agree about the women can't preach or prophesy. the bible clearly said (Act 2:17-21) said that on the last days come God will give His Spirit to everyone. both men & women will prophesy. John 14:26, the Holy Spirit will help us and teach us everything.and for women to speak 1 Cor 14:36, in that time, jewish culture women not be allowed to speak, is disgracefull that women speak in the church, but in the other occasions though see 1 Cor 11:5, in that time/culture (in corinth) marriage relationships is husband has authority over women, that is why women have to cover their head and respect their husband. Paul doesn't forbid women to speak in church. what he's forbidding is the disorderly speaking (respect your authority/husband/older).
if God promises, as peter said Act 2:17-21, who are we,want to againts the willingnes and the promises of God. all God Word will not return useless but will fullfill.there are some women in the bible that God use: Miriam (a prophet, aaron&moses sister),Deborah (judge4-5),anna(luke 2:36-38),huldah (2king22:14

Fantastic breakdown of Pentecostalism Great lesson, but just to clarify, you're saying that neither pentcostal charismatics, nor catholics are saved? I wholeheartedly agree, but where I come from the baptists are in leagues with the pentecostals AND the catholics, If someone could clarify for me your stance on other denominations that would be very helpful.
Thanks.

Great Sermon! bro. Cloud is one of the best of the men used by God to take me out of this ungodly charismatic movement. God delivered me from these errors and showed me the real Christ, the real Holy Spirit and the real gifts of the Spirit which is always used to edify the church, not for us to be superduper believers. I thank God for bro Cloud and all the preachers/teachers who would tell the truth rather than please men.

Great Sermon! This is an excellent look at the reality of the charismatic movement, particularly the utter bogosity of "divine healing", and the sorry track record the charlatans have with their own healing and others'. Anyone caught up in this movement or who knows someone ought to listen to this. The speaker's own testimony of being delivered from the Self-Realization Fellowship cult is encouraging as well. (I can trace Yoganada's teachings back to the same Boston liberal environment that gave us Kenyon's Word of Faith. SRF is supposed to be "god realized", but let some consultants empty their pockets by blowing a lot of money on expensive software that an organization that small didn't need. SRF never goes bankrupt because of Autobiography of a Yogi, which you can read online and is one of the flakiest books ever written. The orignal 1946 edition online has all the flaky parts later edited out by SRF!)
