Please listen to the entire message and please do not misunderstand anything I have said in this message. I am not angry. I am not advocating for physical force or any form of child abuse. That is absurd. I did not speak with the clarity a preacher should speak with--please forgive me for my lack of clarity. Blogs are misappropriating only a portion of the message. I cannot keep that from happening, but I trust you will understand that my intent was to emphasize the importance of gender distinctions with hyperbole. If I have offended you please forgive me. If the Word of God has offended you I cannot apologize for the Bible. Those who know me know my passion is being misunderstood by the LGBT community.

Great Sermon! Hello Pastor Harris! Watched your sermon tonight and it was spot on and such a blessing!! I attend Trinity FWB Church in big ole LaGrange, NC. I am also a graduate of Bethel Christian Academy....go Trojans :) Would it be possible to get that sermon video sent to me by email? I would love to have it to share with my pastor, Gerald Fowler. I looked for it on YouTube but all I saw was where the liberal media took that 2min sound bite :) Gotta love those liberal, progressives! Praying for you and God bless you in your continued ministry!!

Point of Clarification The LGBT community is intentionally distorting a minute of this sermon where I spoke with haste, hyperbole, passion, and a lack of clarity. Please forgive me. However, I do not apologize for the Word of God. I believe only the gospel of Jesus Christ has the power to deliver a person from sexual immorality including effeminacy and homosexuality. But this does not remove a parent’s responsibility to train up a child in the way that he or she should go including gender distinctions. I am NOT suggesting that any form of physical abuse should be used on a child. That is a mischaracterization of my entire preaching ministry. Please extend to me the same grace you desire to be extended to yourself when you say words you should have said differently. Thank you. Pastor Sean

Great Sermon! This was a wonderful message filled with biblical truth. We live in a day when the god of this age uses the sin of homosexuality to deceive and thus enslave so many; particularly the younger generation. Denying or perverting the truth will only bring greater bondage. It is the TRUTH that sets us free and whom the Son sets free is free indeed!
Praying for liberation,

Great Sermon! Listen! Be reminded of why God designed marriage and why your marriage matters in the sight of God. It is a good challenge to be mindful of God's design and purpose for marriage and why we need to make every effort to protect and preserve God's design. The consequences of changing course away from God's design are of eternal magnitude for ourselves and for the world around us.
