I am mindful that the changing culture in which we live has also necessitated a change in the way we do ministry as a church. It used to be that standing on street corners in the open air and preaching worked. Going door to door also brought back a decent return. Yet in our post-modern denies the existence of absolute truth, and these approaches rarely if ever work. And that is because these approaches are not necessitated by the word. They are techniques only.
Well that raises the question: Is there a Biblical Approach to ministering to people? As Shepherding a Child’s Heart heralded NOT another technique BUT a Biblical approach to child rearing, is there such an approach when it comes to ministering in the Kingdom of God?
