There is so much emphasis today on security. Buildings have armed guards. Our houses have locks and keys. World leaders have contingents of protection. Even here, in the United States, there is a group that protects our President from any harm. Yet, there is a greater enemy than any that can come upon our leaders. That enemy is sin and death. Our sin was/is enmity with a Holy God.
Yet, the answer for our sin was for the future King Jesus to lay down His life on our behalf. He was wide open for the judgment of the entire world to fall on Him, and it did!
