Jesus, even though He knew the results of Lazarus, He still entered their hurt.

And fretting is the byproduct of a divided or fragmented heart pulled in all the wrong directions. Because it's being manipulated by the flesh and not led by faith. Our flesh is fickle as thin skinned balloon... easily pumped up, blown around with the slightest breeze and popped with very little resistance.
As Psalm 37:8 says, "do not fret it only cause harm."
A trusting heart, that waits and rest and feeds and dwells in the presence and promises of God, is always better than a fretting heart. Trusting leads to hope, but fretting only leads to hurt... for you and those you love.
