In this passage of Scripture we read of a massive attack upon the man of God. Benhadad the King of Syria was persecuting the man of God and he sent a large force of Syrians after him. But what I want you to see here is that even when all the forces of the state are against you that there is still a God in heaven. The Bible says 'Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.' And God opened the eyes of the young man who was the servant of Elisha to see the mighty host of heaven encamping round about them. We need our eyes opened to see the power of God that is still available to us. That is what we see in this portion of Scripture.
