We all come across these types of professing Christians from time to time, we may even have frinds or family members that are such. It's fearful to think that we may even be one of them and not realize it. I love this whole series, sometimes it is easier to see things from the outside. Perhaps that is why Pilgrim's Progress has been such a cherished story through the years becasue we can see progressive sanctification from a different point of view. Sometimes it's hard to see when we are assailed or in the thick of battle ourselves.
