1) The individual Christian must reject the worship of Man and embrace the worship of God. This will result in loving the law of God and rejecting the law of Man. (Genesis 3:1-7; 4:1-8; 17-24; Mark 12:28-34)
2) Living under the reality of God's law is inescapable to all Men. Men can change their epistemology and ethics, but are unable to change their ontology. They are creatures created by a Sovereign God. Obeying God's law will result in blessings, and disobedience will result in judgement. (Acts 5:1-11)
3) The Western Church has been in the process of destroying the doctrine of Sanctification. We are obsessed with the number of people we can declare Justified and saved, without truly discipling the flock. Many protestant Churches are now worse than the Roman Catholic Church they were supposed to reform. (1 Thessalonians 4:1-8/ sanctification = holiness)

“ Yes! ” We must be careful not to add to nor to take away from God's Law. We must be careful not to call evil that which is good nor vice versa. We need to be careful to distinguish between God's Law and the tradition of man. A case in point is Lamech's marrying two women (i.e. polygyny). If this is a sin, why does not God's Law forbid it? Yet it is not forbidden, but rather it is regulated and even in some constellations (e.g. Levirate Marriage) could be required. I fear there has been a mistake made in the interpretation of the God's making only Eve to give to Adam as wife. Let us be careful to not equate description with prescription. Were monogamy-only truly a creation mandate - were it truly wrong/sinful for a man to have more than one wife, could we not expect that God would plainly state that in His Law - the transgression of which is sin?
Shall we be ashamed of God's Law because it is not in accord with our traditions? God forbid! Rather we must bring our lives into harmony with His Law. As Pastor Rubino correctly points out: This is the path of healing and blessing.
