Verses 8-11 then reveal God as a refuge and strength in the midst of all disaster, but specifically in light of the fact that at the end of all days, God will make an end to all disaster. At the same time this provides ample hope for those in Christ, it serves as a dire warning to those who are not under the shadow of His wings.
