The confrontation of sin within the church is the responsibility of every Christian and eventually the responsibility of the church of God. We are mindful of the words of the Apostle Paul that a little leaven levels the entirety of the lump. Therefore, because we love God and His people we must confront sin. This confrontation must occur in a spirit of gentleness, love, and humility. The goal is to encourage and reach the offending party to repent and renew a right relationship with God and His people.
