While I'm sure many are already tired of hearing about the Corona-virus (me included), there are several lessons we should consider in times like these. Let's not waste this moment and fail to learn what God would have us learn when He sends us a disease. Though the widespread panic has thus far outstripped the disease itself in impact, God is clearly working this out for His glory. It is amazing to consider how the attention of the entire world is gripped by this one thing. If God can do this with a virus (that so far has not really killed that many people), it shows that He could also get the world's attention about matters far more serious -- namely, the dangerous condition of a Christ-less eternity. May God so move that the inhabitants of the world are moved to fear Him, not merely a virus.
