And the answer from these verses is 3-fold. 1st – Wisdom strengthens the wise more than all the help and influence of men in public authority. 2nd – Wisdom strengthens the wise so that they believe that there is not a just man on earth who always does what is good. And 3rd – Wisdom strengthens the wise so that they will not take to heart everything that is said about them. Let's see if we can learn some things that will help us to be wise in all of our dealings with other people.
