In this lecture Pastor Chronister is going to take us from Genesis to Revelation to find the answer to this very important question that we ask. Why does Jesus/God tell us in Luke 17:32 to "Remember Lot's wife."? Pastor takes us to the Feast Day of Remembrance and then to the 'Books' talked about in Revelation. Then he takes us to Luke 12:47-48 where it talks about "...unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required..." where pastor informs us that what he is doing to us by all this teaching is to increase the size or our beating. That sounds exciting! Therefore this may not be a good sermon for those who are faint of heart. Then Pastor Chronister dispels the old false belief that Lot's wife was wicked. Does this offend you? It did me! But I couldn't stand being wrong about scripture, so I had to learn and study. Lastly, to find out what Jesus is saying when He says 'Remember' pastor leads us to all 14 times (2 groups of 7) when Jesus says to remember. And now we're on our way to finding out some of what Jesus wants us to figure out with his statement, "Remember Lot's wife." because then we must look at what Jesus says in reference to this verse. Have I totally confused you yet? Just keep listening and I promise you'll get it. So, let's open our text book, press play and begin. You're going to love it!
