Excellent Sermon! I think what this pastor said "Election is offensive because we don't see ourselves as bad as we really are and we don't see God as good as He really is." is really the heart of the matter. Election is offensive to many people and it shouldn't be. Please listen to this to the end, it is an excellent teaching on a portion of Scripture that is misunderstood or ignored. Praise to God that He first loved us. Praise to God that He would love any of us.
