Yet the apostle Paul points out that a proper perspective regarding God's kindness and forbearance should lead one to repentance, not smug self-righteousness or presuming upon His kindness and patience. So Dr. Felker calls upon his audience to reflect upon the goodness of God and repent of unbelief and sin!
