A church that has been more recently established and not had a long history of being in the Word and growing, will not have men to serve as elders who have the same level of maturity as a longer existing church does. Now there cannot be any serious deficiencies in any of the qualifications set down, but we need to be careful that we don't have unrealistic expectations for them.
