It reminds me of the remnants of grace... the things I look for when I'm around people, in churches and within the post I get to see in this world of social media. I so enjoy stumbling upon the evidence of Jesus, His promises, a disciples faith and His fruit flowing out of their lives. Grace ALWAYS leaves remnants of His presence and promises. And those who have a personal relationship with the grace Giver can recognize the traces of His presence, like grandparents who just spent 11 days with their grandchildren.
The evidence of God's presence and Spirit abiding in your life is not the absence of bad thoughts, feelings and desires... but the evidence of a battle going on within over the war with them. The flesh introduces and initiates a bad work but by the Spirit you don't have to finish what the flesh started (Galatians 5)
