Paul continues to instruct the saints at the church at Corinth to reconcile their lives to God. Failure to do this gives the appearance that God's grace was insufficient to carry them through every circumstance of life. But as Paul will show, God's grace is sufficient, it is abundant to help the saints to live for Christ. And he closes by commanding them not to be yoked with the unbelieving. Sadly today, most Christians and churches have not heeded this imperative.
Perhaps we should stop to access whether we and our church have yoked with the unbelieving.
