INTRO: I have called this message, “From Canaan To Canada.” I thought maybe I should call it, “From Canaan to Canaanda.” Why am I giving a message like this? In the early part of 2012, our Alberta Government worked on passing Bill C2. It had to do with the Education Act of Alberta. Over the years I had said, “I have been in Christian ministry for so or so long, and never yet has the Canadian government placed any pressure or restrictions on me. An official has never been to my office.” Well, that is still true today, but in 2012, I remember for the first time ever thinking, “The time may come for us to look for another country.” And I remember the mixed emotions that sort of washed over me. Early this year, 2015, there was a new move to moral decline in the Alberta public schools. And I want to talk a bit about that later. It has ever been the general nature of people to gather together into various places and groups. I am not a historian, but even a casual reading of Scripture shows this. It is also the general nature of whole groups of people to grow and then to degenerate morally or to corrupt from within. This is also clear from the Bible as well. And there comes a time when God has to judge such nations.
